Okay....I'm looking for information on what the biggest tyre profile I could fit on my 18" wheels that won't cause any fouling issues. I currently run 215/35x18 with no problems but they don't offer much in the way of rim protection so was thinking of going up to 225/35x18. Anybody tried this size on a 2003 mini....?

I've only every run the size you have or 205/40/18. No rubbing issues on either

I did noticed a difference when I went from the standard mini 17's to the Kei 18's as the 18's are so much lighter. I have got a set of 15" that I run in the winter but they just look so skiny on the car....lol They're all on normal tyres Federal 595rsr on the 17s, Yokahama Paradas on the 18s and Michelins on the 15s...
